The Sponsors, Principals and Developers of the project are Isai Aleksandrov and his son, Emil Aleksandrov, with the firm BlokStroi. The family has a long history of real estate construction and development operations with a solid track record, consisting of over 35 years of real estate and construction experience. Here are some of the major projects designed, managed and/or built by the Developers:

• Hotel “Europe” 4 Star – built in year 2003 – 6,500 m2 of leasable space – the hotel is a great success as being part of the BestWestern world wide chain.
• Development of a 7‐story building – built in 1993 in Sofia with 6,000 m2 leasable space.
• Isai Aleksandrov was the Manager for Interpred Sofia trade center construction – built in 1982‐1983 with 35,000 m2 of leasable area.
• Isai Aleksandrov was the Manager of the construction of “NDK”‐National Palace of Culture, Sofia – built in 1981 – over 100,000 m2 of leasable area was built.
• Development of Nikola Obreshkov 7A building located in Sofia, Bulgaria – 3,000 m2 leasable space was developed.
• Overall, about 3% of all building construction in the Geo Milev neighborhood in Sofia in the past 10 years was developed by Isai Aleksandrov and BlokStroi ET.
